The service collects the absolutely necessary data (Username, Password, Email) to create an account, authenticate via the database, and send activation keys. Optional data (Full Name, Address, Phone) and tax data (VAT, Tax Office, Company Name), if filled in by the user, are collected exclusively for billing, legal compliance, and transmission of documents to the myDATA platform of AADE.
Passwords are stored with strong one-way encryption in the system and are not readable in plain text. Data is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties for advertising purposes. It is only transferred to necessary providers (e.g., Viva Wallet for payment processing, AADE for invoicing).
By registering, the user consents to receiving emails related exclusively to the status of their subscription, the delivery of invoices, and the issuance of license keys.
